Each item is carefully reviewed before shipping. However, you must inspect your items immediately upon delivery and email us at info@ratnajewels.com within 3 calendar days of delivery if the item is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and respond to your concern as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns in any other circumstance, including for a change of mind, damage as the result of wear and tear, or if the items do not fit or suit you. It is important that you carefully review the product description before purchase and assess whether the item is right for you.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and do not accept an exchange of items.
